Providers with the appropriate entitlement can view patient recommendation rates, read comments, and take action by responding to or reporting reviews directly within the portal. All reviews and provider responses are reviewed to ensure compliance with content standards before being published.

Approved patient reviews and provider responses are displayed in Cigna’s online provider directories on myCigna.com and the myCigna® app, supporting transparency and informed decision making for customers.
